Project 1, Inc. is a Not-For-Profit Organization that was founded in the State of Virginia in 2007 by a group of like-minded individuals to help feed those in need through a cooperation with local venues, bands, and their fans. Project 1 designs and prints limited edition, signed concert posters that are offered at shows in exchange for 10 non-perishable food items or a donation of $10. Project 1, Inc. believes that a true community only exists when all of its members are helping each other, lifting up those who have fallen, and working as 1.

Project 1, Inc. is currently working with the Central Virginia Food Bank. The CVFB currently distributes 49,000 pounds of food each day to help the region's most vulnerable individuals. Project 1 is currently collecting the following items to benefit the CVFB: Canned Meat & Fish, Canned Fruit & Vegetables, Peanut Butter, Rice & Noodles, and Hot & Cold Cereals.
